• Spills: Blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub, as this can push the stain deeper into the fibers.
• Stains: Use a mild, wool-safe cleaner if needed, and test on a small, hidden area first. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
• Sunlight: Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading; rotate the rug regularly to even out wear and color exposure.
• Rotation: Rotate every 3–6 months to promote even wear.
• Professional Cleaning: Have your rug professionally cleaned as needed to maintain its appearance and longevity.
• Protection: Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping, reduce wear, and protect floors.

We offer free shipping in the U.S. - orders placed by 12pm ET (Mon–Fri) typically ship in 1–2 business days; we ship U.S. only, with Alaska/Hawaii $500 flat-rate and any oversize/heavy-rug surcharges shown at checkout.

For returns/exchanges, contact us within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase; rugs must be unused and like-new, custom/final-sale rugs aren’t eligible, and after inspection we’ll issue a refund/credit/exchange (taxes refunded where required).

Delivery fees aren’t refundable unless there’s a manufacturer defect or transit damage.
