Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your rug purchase, please contact us to request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, and include proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
Return eligibility

Rugs must be unused, uninstalled, and in as-new condition

Rugs must be returned in their original packaging (or packaged securely to prevent damage in transit)

Special orders/custom rugs and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (if applicable)

Inspection & refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the rug. If approved, we will issue an exchange, store credit, or refund for the purchase price.
Taxes
Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
Shipping & delivery fees
Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or damage during transit.
Condition policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for rugs that are not in as-new condition due to damage, staining, wear, odors, or misuse.
